PRICING

Group Classes:
$ 22 per "drop in" single mat class
$ 15 per mat class (minimum of 4)
$ 29 per "drop in" single equipment class
$ 24 per equipment class (minimum of 4)

Pilates Private:

$ 50 per Semi-Private per person (Need two to hold semi private)

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Pilates - Private:
One on one instruction, after initial evaluation, using Pilates equipment.

Pilates - Semi-Private:
Two students to one instructor. Two beginners may start together or you may be partnered with someone of similar Pilates level.

Pilates Mat Beginner:
Basic instruction in the fundamentals of Pilates. (12 people per class)

Pilates Mat Intermediate / Advanced:
Instruction for students with a solid knowledge of Pilates concepts who want to be challenged. (Per instructor recommendation)

Pilates on the Ball:
Students that are at the intermediate level Pilates.

Tower: 6 students
The Cadillac adapted to a wall unit. Springs of various tensions are used for a total body workout resulting in an experience that builds strength, endurance and flexibility.

Reformer: 4 students
The Pilates Reformer is a moveable carriage set on a platform. The movement of the carriage is resisted with springs as determined by the student's strength and stability.

Circuit Cardio:
A cardiovascular Pilates class utilizing a variety of equipment in a circuit format. For advanced beginner to intermediate students. (Considered an equipment class.)

Equipment :
A class using one or more of the following pieces of equipment; tower unit, reformer, ball, chair and a bosu.

POLICIES

1. A Medical and Personal Information Form must be completed, signed, and dated by each participant. This will be reviewed BEFORE your FIRST class so that any questions or concerns can be addressed at that time. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early.

2. Schedule is subject to change. You will be notified of any changes if you have signed up and pre-paid.

3. Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio; WEAR SOCKS DURING EXERCISE.

4. Keep us informed of all changes to medication, diet, lifestyle, stress, etc.

5. Attendance twice weekly is recommended for consistent progress and safety.

6. Filtered water is provided.

7. Illness or injury may require your doctor's approval to resume exercise.

8. 24-hour cancellation is required for Private and Semi-Private sessions

9. Privates and group classes expire 30 days after purchase. The sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sign up on a monthly basis for group classes. Call for information on sign up procedures.

10. Pre-payment is required before scheduling Private, Semi-Private or Group sessions.

11. Drop-In students: call for availability as class size is limited.

12. Pilates Studio 1 will sell a maximum of 8 privates or 12 group classes at a time.
