We are a boutique Pilates studio located in West Palm Beach, Florida serving clients from Wellington to Palm Beach Gardens. We bring health, happiness and well being to each and every client – from a simple mat class to a personalized private session in a fully equipped studio. Our instructors are of the highest caliber and have undergone extensive certification programs and continuing education in the field of Pilates. Our goal is to learn your story, your style, your vision; then design a Pilates lifestyle that fits your needs.

Regardless of your current fitness level, from someone who rarely exercises to a fitness enthusiast, the Pilates program can be your primary mode of body conditioning and injury prevention. You will learn effective breathing and body alignment, improve concentration, balance and coordination. Safe and effective conditioning for our clients is given by certified Pilates instructors who complete a rigorous certification program. Sessions are closely supervised in private and small groups.


Studio Policies

New Clients: 

  • New Client Forms must be completed, signed, and dated by each participant. This will be reviewed BEFORE your FIRST class so that any questions or concerns can be addressed at that time. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early. New Client Forms.

  • By appointment only, please call us at 561-493-4966 to schedule your first session or Book Online.

Cancellations: 

  • 24-hour cancellation is required for Private and Semi-Private sessions.

  • 12 hour online cancellation required for group classes to avoid full charge. Purchases are non refundable and non transferable.  

Scheduling: 

  • Pre-payment is required before scheduling Private, Semi-Private or Group sessions. 

  • Register online or call before attending any class. 

  • All group classes, private sessions and semi-private sessions are 55 minutes

Group Classes:

  • Due to safety precautions, only intermediate and advanced clients who have been approved by a Pilates Studio 1 instructor will be able to join the Equipment Classes.  

  • To attend an entry level equipment group class please sign up for our Pilates Fundamentals class on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM.

General: 

  • Schedule is subject to change. You will be notified of any changes if you have signed up and pre-paid. 

  • Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio; WEAR STICKY SOCKS DURING EXERCISE

  • Keep us informed of all changes to medication, diet, lifestyle, stress, etc. 

  • Attendance twice weekly is recommended for consistent progress and safety. 

  • Filtered water is provided. 

  • All appointments and classes are 55 minutes in length.

  • Illness or injury may require your doctor's approval to resume exercise. 

  • 12 Hour Cancellation is required online for Group Classes to avoid full charge. 

  • 24 Hour Cancellation is required for Appointments to avoid full charge.
