Christine Hanley

Christine is a Lolita’s Legacy™ Certified Pilates Instructor and a Board-Certified Employment and Labor Lawyer. Her journey with Pilates began nearly two decades ago after a rollerblading injury left her searching for a form of exercise that could restore her strength and well-being.
Initially drawn to mat work, Christine quickly realized how challenging Pilates could be—especially with little core strength. But with patience and consistency, her body transformed. Over time, she experienced something profound: a complete absence of pain. That turning point sparked a lasting commitment to the Pilates Method.

Christine’s passion for Pilates led her to complete the comprehensive Lolita’s Legacy™ Teacher Training Program, where she deepened her understanding of classical Pilates under the lineage of Master Teacher Lolita San Miguel—one of the few instructors personally trained by Joseph Pilates.
Her approach to teaching is grounded in personal experience and compassion. Christine understands the value of mindful movement, and she is passionate about helping others build core strength, reduce discomfort, and feel empowered in their bodies. Whether you're new to Pilates or returning after injury, Christine brings patience, precision, and encouragement to every session.
