Isabella Brown

Isabella brings to Pilates Studio 1 a lifelong connection to movement and an innate understanding of the body, developed through years of classical ballet training and performance. Her background as a professional ballerina instilled in her not only technical precision but also a deep appreciation for body awareness, control, and grace—all of which shape her teaching style today.

Her journey into Pilates began as a way to support her dance career and quickly evolved into a calling. Isabella completed her comprehensive training through Lolita’s Legacy, a prestigious program rooted in the classical Pilates tradition and led by Pilates Elder Lolita San Miguel. Through this lineage, Isabella carries forward a deep respect for the method’s origins and its transformative potential.

She is also certified in Barre and has developed a personal specialty in stretching and flexibility, helping clients unlock greater range of motion, improved posture, and enhanced mobility. Her classes are known for their elegant flow, mindful cueing, and ability to challenge clients while honoring their individual needs.

Outside the studio, Isabella explores movement in new dimensions through aerial hoop, where she blends athleticism with artistry in the air. Whether on the mat, at the barre, or suspended above the ground, her passion for movement is evident—and contagious.

NEW CLIENTS

  • New Client Forms must be completed, signed, and dated before your first session.
  • Your instructor will review these forms with you prior to class to address any questions or concerns.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment.
  • All sessions are by appointment only – call us at 561-493-4966 or Book Online to schedule.

SCHEDULING & PAYMENT

  • Pre-payment is required for all Private, Semi-Private, and Group sessions.
  • Please register online or call before attending any class.
  • All sessions—Private, Semi-Private, and Group—are 55 minutes in length.
  • Schedule is subject to change; clients with pre-paid reservations will be notified of any changes.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Private & Semi-Private Sessions: 24-hour cancellation required to avoid full charge. You may cancel online, by phone (561) 493-4966, via email at info@pilatesstudio1.com, or by texting your instructor directly.
  • Group Classes: 12-hour online ONLY cancellation required to avoid full charge.
  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

GROUP CLASSES

  • Due to safety considerations, only intermediate and advanced clients approved by a Pilates Studio 1 instructor may join Equipment Classes.
  • New to equipment classes? Start with our Welcome to Pilates Special.
  • All group classes are 55 minutes in length.
  • Class sizes are limited to ensure quality instruction: Equipment classes have a maximum of 6 clients, and group mat classes have a maximum of 10 clients.

STUDIO GUIDELINES

  • Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio.
  • Sticky socks are required during all exercise sessions.
  • Inform us of any changes in medication, diet, lifestyle, or health.
  • Attendance twice weekly is recommended for best results and safety.
  • Filtered water is available on-site.
  • Illness or injury may require your doctor's approval to resume exercise.
