Laura Cordle

Laura is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and a Second-Generation Instructor, trained directly under Pilates Elder Lolita San Miguel. With over a decade of experience, she combines a strong classical foundation with deep knowledge in movement science and rehabilitation.

Laura discovered Pilates in 2011 after an ankle injury led her to equipment-based Pilates as a form of recovery. The transformative impact it had on her body and well-being inspired her to pursue a comprehensive classical certification in Chicago, Illinois. In 2015, she became one of the youngest graduates of the prestigious Pilates Master Mentorship Program led by Lolita San Miguel—one of only a few individuals personally certified by Joseph Pilates himself.

Her commitment to continuing education is reflected in her academic path. Laura earned her Bachelor's degree in Recreational and Rehabilitation Therapy from Florida International University, graduating magna cum laude in 2023. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Saint Augustine, where she continues to deepen her understanding of human movement, injury recovery, and long-term wellness.

In addition to her formal education, Laura holds multiple specialized certifications, enabling her to work effectively with clients managing scoliosis, chronic back pain, foot and ankle injuries, and pre- and post-natal needs. She also serves as a Lolita Legacy™ Educator, mentoring and certifying the next generation of Pilates instructors.

Laura’s sessions are known for their intelligent sequencing, precision, and individualized attention. Her passion lies in helping clients build strength, confidence, and resilience—empowering them to move better and feel their best through every stage of life.
